At Bruno Capelo Headwear, we strive for perfection in every brim and crown. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or style.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the headwear in its original protective box to prevent crushing or distortion during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
